Over the past few years Survival Solutions has enormous commercial pressure applied in order to continue delivering excellent and thorough services.
We often hear comments from lost customers that we are too expensive or our overheads are too high. We are constantly evaluating our operating expenses to determine ways to decrease overheads whilst building a better business and providing better customer service.
We made a decision a number of years ago to create a business that was capable of providing cost effective, compliant and efficient services to a large range of customers, but also a business that is going to be here in the future.
Our current customers range from small clients with one extinguisher to major industrial and commercial facilities with highly complicated and extensive equipment. It is this transition from a small to large provider that has made it necessary to constantly assess our pricing structure. As the business has grown and our capabilities have improved we have found ourselves in a position to reduce costs as efficiencies and volume have increased. These reductions are across the board, all clients benefit from the efficiencies we are able to achieve.
Our strategy is to continue to build a strong business, with increased market share where our customers do not have to continually cross reference our prices to ensure they are not being over charged, therefore building trust, improving our conversion rates, and providing the best level of service to our customers. Our customers should start to see a reduction in our repair rates over the next few months.
