As an employer, Survival Solutions is ultimately responsible for worker's health and safety. Management of our OH&S Policy is vital to our employees health and safety, with our main objective is to protect our workers and others from injury and illness.
The directors of Survival Solutions are committed to taking every reasonable precaution for the protection of all workers, stakeholders and others. In order to achieve this commitment Survival Solutions will make every effort to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace, both internal and on site by adhering to industry standards and complying with Occupational Health & Safety legislation. In keeping with the legislation, a healthy and safe workplace will be accomplished in consultation and cooperation with management and employees.
Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Responsibility includes; ensuring that machinery and equipment are safe and work practices are in compliance with established legislation, workplace practices and procedures. To protect the health and safety of all workers, stakeholders and others workers must receive adequate specific work task training.
Every employee must protect his/her health and safety and the health and safety of others by working in compliance with legislation and established workplace practices and procedures.
Contractors are required to operate according to legislative requirements using best practices and following Survival Solutions policies and procedures regarding health and safety.
